Bachelorette producers react to fans spotting 2 rats running through scene: 'Everyone deserves to find love!'

Eagle-eyed viewers spotted what appear to be two blurry rats scurrying past Jenn and Sam N. during the premiere.

The producers of the Bachelorette are squeaking out after eagle-eyed fans spotted what appear to be two rats running through a scene in the season premiere.

"You'll notice there were two of them,” they tell Entertainment Weekly. “Everyone deserves to find love!"

In the episode, which aired on Monday, Bachelorette Jenn Tran can be seen meeting Sam N. for the first time when two small, blurry figures seemingly sprint past them and out of view. While the pair didn’t seem to notice the supposed creatures, the internet certainly did, sharing videos of the moment across social media.

Jenn Tran’s jet-setting journey to find love begins as 25 men arrive ready to make a lasting impression. Setting the stage for a history-making season, night one will unfold at a new mansion before Jenn and her men head to exotic locales.

"Sorry, but do two rats run across the background?” One user wrote on X (formerly Twitter). In response, another person wrote, “It seems like they also want to have a moment... LOL.”

They weren’t the only ones because the clip was also shared on TikTok. "I had to see if I was the only one that saw this,” one person commented on the video. A second user added, “Not Mickey and Minnie in the back.”

The Bachelor and Bachelorette are typically filmed at the Bachelor Mansion, a lavish building located in Agoura Hills, Calif.  However, Jenn's season broke tradition when its premiere was filmed at Hummingbird Nest Ranch, a private event venue in Southern California's Santa Susana Mountains.

EW has reached out to representatives for Hummingbird Nest Ranch for comment, but did not immediately hear back.

Thankfully, Sam N. still ended up getting a rose from Jenn that night, even with potential rodents crashing their meet-cute.

It was also revealed at the end of the episode that they won't be staying at Hummingbird Nest Ranch much longer either. Jenn shared they're set to jet off to Melbourne, Australia soon after the rose ceremony.
