We believe investing is one, if not the most, important activity in all of society. When done right, it sets in motion a positive chain reaction - a domino effect - that influences us all. Our reason for being is aligned with this thinking. That is why we want to prepare the best possible investment portfolios’, so that all can gain from growing wealth. How we do this is by offering our clarity platform and our three funds: Glacies, Freedom and the Alpha Trend strategy. Glacies Fund is a seeking to provide attractive, “bond like” returns on a 6% average volatility, with no correlation to equities. The strategy allocates to several premia, selected to provide return opportunities in different environments, some of them favour higher volatility and “risk off” phases, others find “risk on” periods more favourable. Risk is allocated to the different return drivers based on what we call Riskparity 2.0. Riskparity 2.0 allocates risk equally to the different premia not only based on recent volatility (as risk parity does), but on risk defined by potential worst case outcomes, with strict risk management overlays The freedom fund is seeking to provide attractive “all season” return with a 14% volatility. Risk is allocated to four different buckets to find good diversification. These buckets are Equity, Carry/ Bond, Momentum and Diversifying stratategies. All buckets have over time equal risk allocation, using the same Risk Parity 2.0 methodology as the Glacies Fund. The fund shifted from being a TrendFollowing dominated strategy to the Allseason approach by the end of 2019 AlphaTrend is a trend following fund that seeks to provide excellent returns to institutional investors. The fund is specificly targeted for seasoned institutional investors and utilizes a high volatility target. AlphaTrend has has a track record dating back to 1991 and displays the quality of the risk management of the firm over 30 years of trading.
