TD Bank offers two types of no-penalty CDs. The first type is its TD No-Catch CD, where you get one no-penalty withdrawal once per CD term. The second option is a TD Step Rate CD, where you enjoy guaranteed increases in your rate and get one penalty-free withdrawal on each anniversary.
