[What’s up] Nicolas Vacher is a Senior M&A Analyst in our Altios Corporate Finance activity, based in Paris. 💡 After working at Deloitte in Financial advisory, helping big corporations in the transformation of their financial processes, Nicolas decided to join Altios Corporate Finance team in January 2021 to support SMEs in their international development. 🎯 As part of Altios CF team, Nicolas supports our customers looking to expand internationally through cross-border external growth projects. His missions are : 🔸 Identifying all potential off-market targets companies, 🔸 Approaching the qualified targets and embark them into a capitalistic project, 🔸 Valuation, negotiation, and drafting of the LOI, 🔸 Management of the Due Diligence process up to the Signing and Closing. 🤝 Nicolas had the chance to support multiple clients in their projects, such as the Italian freight forwarder Savino Del Bene in their 2 first acquisitions in France ; Oncodesign, a PE-backed French CRO in the acquisition of a Dutch drug discovery company, or the chemical French family business Protex International in their latest acquisition in the US. 🌱 Nicolas is also part of the Altios International internal CSR team, aiming at reducing Altios and its stakeholders carbon footprint, as well as raising awareness on these critical maters. 😎 Thank you for being part of the ALTIOS team Nicolas!
