Calderys is proud to partner with the Höganäs kommun I Entreprenörskap, kompetensförsörjning & näringsliv to transform a stretch of land into a thriving green space dedicated to community well-being and biodiversity. The new Park will enhance the local environment by creating diverse habitats, offering spaces for relaxation, and promoting sustainable urban development. ✨ This three-year project, in collaboration with the 𝗛ö𝗴𝗮𝗻ä𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, will see the creation of green spaces designed for everyone to enjoy. In addition to native plants and beautiful landscapes, the park will feature unique Calderys contributions, including a BBQ area made from Calderys’ bricks and B-grade quartzite from Valön in Åmål will be used in all park isles. Special thanks to Pär Ragvald from Höganäs Municipality and Calderys’ former EHS manager Carolina Persson for bringing this vision to life. The Guaratinguetá plant, a key part of Calderys' operations since 2001, is now branded under our Americas brand, HarbisonWalker International. Strategically positioned near major ports and highways, this facility serves key #Iron & #Steel customers across Latin America, with an annual capacity of over 𝟐𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 tons on each of its two production lines - granulated fluxes and powder fluxes. 🏭 Recent renovations have brought state-of-the-art technology to this plant, ensuring adherence to top safety and environmental standards. Our diverse and experienced local workforce guarantees the quality of our products and services, and their support was instrumental in creating this video. 🏆 Throwback to Calderys' Achievement at the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗣𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀!  Our 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 plant in Türkiye has won the second prize at the 𝗣𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀. The recognition comes from the innovative safety improvements made at the Haznedar Durer plant. The maintenance team tackled a significant safety risk involving the mixers' doors, which previously had a single hook lock. This design flaw had led to a first aid incident. 📣 Throwback to our participation in 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰! Calderys’ team in China presented the One Stop Shop Solution for the Foundry Industry at 𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) Shanghai from July 4-7. Teams from Calderys Japan and Calderys South Korea also attended to support APAC and Global customers. 🚀 The event concluded with great success. Calderys received high recognition for refractory products and solutions, particularly in pressure pouring furnaces. Bentonite products also attracted significant interest. We have not only developed new partnerships, but we also set up a new production base in the South part of China with the aim to improve responsiveness to customer requirements. 🌟 Special thanks to the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for visiting us.
