Our final mission takes place as soon as the competitions end at each Olympic and/or Paralympic site of Paris 2024. It consists of three phases: transport and warehouse planning, securing resources, and finally, the execution phase. It is an incredible logistical challenge that requires precise timing and perfect team coordination.
