France Invest is a professional organization that brings together hundreds of French asset management companies and advisory firms in private equity, infrastructure and private debt. The organization supports its members' initiatives aiming to create jobs and foster a transition towards a more sustainable and equitable growth.   "Through this new position, I am glad to represent the infrastructure investment players amongst the private investment industry and to actively tackle the challenges of this essential sector with all the counterparties" comments Gwenola Chambon.    Over the past 30 years, as a leader and pioneer within the infrastructure and private markets, her extensive expertise and leadership will be very valuable in her new role at France Invest, where she wishes to play a key part in reaching the organization's goal.

🔈 Vauban Infrastructure Partners is thrilled to announce that it has reached an agreement, through a consortium with EDF Invest and MEAG, to acquire 100% of Cellnex Telecom’s Austrian tower business. This marks a significant milestone in Vauban’s digital investment portfolio, representing its first investment in the TowerCo space and its first investment in Austria.   With a market share of approximately 25%, the company owns and operates around 4,600 rooftop and ground-based towers, providing mobile coverage to businesses and communities across the country. The TowerCo assets benefit from a mature business model with growth opportunities and concrete upsides from increasing data demands and requirements for improved coverage. This investment perfectly aligns with Vauban’s strategy of long-term investments in strategic sectors aimed at providing essential infrastructure and improving connectivity.   Gwenola Chambon and Mounir Corm, founding partners of Vauban Infrastructure Partners, commented: "Vauban’s investment in the tower market is a testament to Vauban Infrastructure Partners' commitment to providing critical infrastructure that improves connectivity.
