FUNCTION: Global HSE Lead

LOCATION: Lyon, France (hybrid)

JOB TYPE: Temporary 12 months

ROLE SENIORITY: Manager

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

Aligned with Envu setup and culture, implement the strategy and general frame of HSE management systems for Envu and ensure its deployment in offices and Commercial Operations, labs, field testing, outsourced production network of tollers, distribution centers.

Lead the regional HSE and labs deployment ensuring best practices exchange and harmonized processes whenever relevant and feasible.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Ensure HSE compliance by leading the QHSE regional function in the adoption, implementation and follow up of HSE management system and governance for offices and Commercial Operations, labs, field testing, outsourced production network of tollers and distribution centers. This includes risk assessment, health and safety prevention and management to remediation within a continuous improvement process.
• Manage cross regional HSE community to ensure harmonized effective development and implementation of plans, programs, guidelines at controlled costs.
• Contribute to QHSE audits and assessments of tollers, distribution centers, suppliers.
• Contribute to Quality&HSE Process Review providing KPIs, trends analysis to improve HSE efficacy across Envu organization.
• Develop QHSE culture and harmonized communication to reinforce awareness and adhesion across Envu organization.
• Provide input for QHSE Data Management Strategy, KPI’s, and overall QHSE reporting, including ESG data tracking.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

• BS Degree or higher in HSE, business or related fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE field
• Flexibility and ability to reduce complexity.
• Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders across the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills
• Demonstrate a high level of comfort with ambiguity and strong ability to respond quickly to new opportunities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Job holder must speak and write fluent business English.
