We worked with Lillian and Bernard for many years fundraising and raising awareness for what was then the Swansea Branch of the British Diabetic Association and for the new local Diabetic Care units in Morriston and Singleton Hospitals. Meetings, Concerts, Jumble Sales, Fundraising meals, Fete stalls, Raffles, Street Collections, etc were all organised and handled with ease and enthusiasm and I think we raised over £250,000 in that time. Lillian was a joy to work with being reliable, friendly and supportive. Looking back at the photos we have fond memories of our time with Lillian and Bernard. Joan & John
