I'm having an issue with the Azure VM Image Test API as described in Microsoft's documentation link here. The provided API endpoint, "https://isvapp.azurewebsites.net/selftest-vm," is currently down, displaying "Error 403 - This web app is stopped."

Also, the tool seems to be outdated and not working on many of my VMs, I need this API to automate my image publishing and certification methods, can someone please help with a new link if there's one.
