pre-attack domain sections in sidenav can't be toggled

On the tactics and techniques pages, the pre-attack sections of the side-nav cannot be toggled by clicking the arrow. They can only be entered by clicking the section header itself to view the section overview. The same seems to be true of all child elements of the pre-attack sidenav domain element.
