The Hawks signed Barlow (knee) to a two-way contract Tuesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. After waiving Bruno Fernando on Tuesday, the Hawks signed Barlow to a two-way pact. The move to sign the 21-year-old seemingly aligns with the club's plan to rebuild around their young core of Zaccharie Risacher (quad) and Jalen Johnson (ankle). However, Barlow may have a difficult time picking up minutes with the squad, buried behind Clint Capela, Onyeka Okongwu (toe), Larry Nance and Cody Zeller. Barlow spent two years with the Spurs, and in 2023-24, he averaged 3.8 points and 3.5 rebounds across 14.1 minutes in 29 regular-season games.

Latest Hawks News
Dominick Barlow : Headed to ATL
Bogdan Bogdanovic : Scores 14 points in Olympics loss
Bogdanovic put up 14 points (6-14 FG, 2-6 3Pt), six rebounds, one assist and one steal across 28 minutes in Serbia's 110-84 loss to the United States in the Paris Olympics on Sunday. Bogdanovic led the Serbian national team in rebounds in Sunday's blowout loss. The 31-year-old will likely be expected to shoulder much of the offensive workload alongside Nikola Jokic in the remaining games of the group phase. With Jokic at the helm this Serbian squad has extremely high expectations, and Bogdanovic will be expected to deliver as the squad's No. 2 option.
David Roddy : Headed to Atlanta
The Suns are trading Roddy to the Hawks in exchange for E.J. Liddell on Friday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Roddy made 65 regular-season combined appearances for the Grizzlies and Suns last year, averaging 6.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 18.1 minutes. Roddy will likely compete for a depth role in Atlanta's forward rotation.
Keaton Wallace : Lights it up in SL finale
Wallace generated 23 points (8-17 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 2-4 FT), nine assists, six rebounds and three steals during 27 minutes of Saturday's 90-82 loss to the Knicks in Summer League. Wallace took advantage of the injuries to Zaccharie Risacher (quad), Mouhamed Gueye (hip) and Nikola Djurisic (foot). taking on a lead role offensively. Wallace has shined this Summer, earning a two-way pact with the Hawks as he begins his fourth professional season.
Zaccharie Risacher : Out again Saturday
Risacher (quadriceps) won't play in Saturday's Summer League game against the Knicks, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Risacher will miss the Hawks' final Summer League contest -- his third consecutive absence -- due to a bruised right quad. The issue isn't expected to have any long term ramifications and it's likely that Risacher will be a full go for training camp.
Zaccharie Risacher : Remains out Friday
Risacher (quadriceps) won't play in Friday's Summer League game versus the Bulls, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. Risacher will miss his second straight Summer League outing while dealing with a right quad contusion. With the Hawks sitting at 0-3 in Las Vegas, the No. 1 pick is likely done for the Summer League. However, there is no indication that Risacher will miss any time once training camp rolls around.
Dylan Windler : Set to play Friday
Windler (elbow) is available for Friday's Summer League game against the Bulls, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports. Windler will return to action Friday after missing Wednesday's Summer League contest. Windler will be able to showcase his skills as he competes for a regular-season roster spot.
Mouhamed Gueye : Early exit Wednesday
Gueye has been ruled out for the remainder of Wednesday's Summer League game against the Lakers due to a hip contusion. Gueye put up 10 points, three rebounds and an assist in 16 minutes and knocked down two of his three attempts from long range before exiting the contest. The big man's next chance to play will come Friday.
