With 15 years of international experience in building global brand strategy, effective communication campaigns and PR-worthy partnerships, Ralitza will lead strategic global partnerships with a dedicated focus on bringing value to Mandarin Oriental through 360 multimedia touchpoint campaigns, creative storytelling and culturally relevant events & activations. Rick is joining us from IFF/ Dupont where he has been Global Director of Talent Management for the past 5 years. We're delighted to share the appointment of Michael Groll as General Manager of the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong effective 1 October 2024. A true custodian of Mandarin Oriental, Michael commenced his journey with the Group in London in 2004 and has held various leadership positions at our hotel in Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Doha and the legendary, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Currently, Michael is engaged in the Executive Masters Program at Glion Institute of Higher Education and ESSEC Business School. Marc Epper was appointed General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Munich effective 15 April 2024. Marc joined Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in 2013 and has held several roles at our hotels in Jakarta, Doha, Macau and Geneva. Throughout his tenure, Marc has been responsible for operations with a focus on quality and training processes and will be a valuable addition to the Munich team. Mario Habicher, MBA has joined the Group as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Vienna, effective August 1. Mario has held numerous senior management positions in Russia, Munich, Mainland China and Seoul. His impressive 27-year career in luxury hospitality will be a great asset to Mandarin Oriental.
