REX MK II Awarded Best Scientific Solution in the European Land Robot Trial 🥇 Germany’s FFG and Israel Aerospace Industries fulfilled challenging scenarios developed by the German Armed Forces. The REX MKII multi-mission unmanned land vehicle system supports ground forces in the field while minimizing threats to human life. It can carry a load of 1.3 tons, supporting combat forces in gathering intelligence and providing logistical support with command-and-control capabilities via a single operator using wireless communication. FTS, a joint venture between IAI and FFG, participated in the European Land Robot Trial and was awarded first place for the best scientific solution. The REX MK II supports infantry ground forces, carrying supplies and evacuating injured personnel while gathering intelligence through electro-optical sensors and radar.👏🏼✨

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has won a tender from the Israeli Ministry of Defense to supply a management and control computer for the Israel Air Force’s new Boeing KC-46 refueling aircraft. This computer, part of the OPAL family, integrates Israeli systems into the aircraft’s core systems using open architecture based on Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) and FACETM standards. It enhances connectivity of Communications, Command and Control systems, Electronic Warfare, and mission management. The State of Israel signed a contract with Boeing in 2022 for four KC-46A refueling aircraft to replace the aging Boeing 707s, with deliveries starting in 2025. IAI will develop logical interfaces, establish integration laboratories, and serve as the main technical integrator.

The Director General of the Israel Ministry of Defense, Maj. Gen. (Res.) Eyal Zamir, toured Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) Facilities in India 🇮🇳 During his working visit, leading a delegation to promote strategic dialogue and defense cooperation between the two countries. Israel's Ministry of Defense held the Israeli-Indian Industries Forum to enhance cooperation between their defense industries. The delegation toured IAI's production lines and UAV MRO facilities, where Maj. Gen. (Res.) Zamir was briefed by IAI's Country Head and Chief Managing Director in India, Col. (Res.) Ze'ev Mivtzari, and Ofir Isler, Head of the India Directorate. They highlighted IAI's extensive infrastructure and support for the Indian government's Make in India policy🧡

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) Aviation Group is pleased to announce that it has received EASA and FAA certification to perform QT level maintenance for CFMI LEAP-1A Series Engines 🛩️🙌🏼 This opens a new channel for IAI's Engine MRO services, which include CFM56-3/5/7, V2500, and PW4000 Engine Overhaul. By entering the LEAP engines MRO market, IAI can reach a wide range of global customers, offering new and advanced capabilities based on its extensive experience and cutting-edge infrastructure built over five decades.
