With over six years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, I am passionate about finding and hiring the right talent for startups and the high tech industry. I have a background in graphic design, which gives me a creative edge and a keen eye for detail. I am currently a Talent Acquisition Team Leader at iTalent - Hire Smarter, a company that uses unique methods and smart AI tools to recruit like no other.

In my current role, I manage several recruitment projects in various startups, working closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and position profiles. I also source and headhunt passive candidates via social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and GitHub. I use my skills in talent sourcing, recruiting, and graphic design to create engaging and attractive job postings and candidate profiles.
