“I recruited Haim to work with Electra in January 2008, and established a new position for him as Finance Director of Electra's global business activities. His first challenge, which was also the most complex one, was to absorb ETCO – a Nigerian company we acquired, and to reorganize its financial infrastructure, including its data, reporting and control systems. ETCO operated as a private company and we needed to adapt it to the high standards by which Electra operated. Haim led this complex and sensitive process with great success, exhibiting resourcefulness, creative thinking, a systematic view and strategic thinking.
