SCAM SCAM SCAM ! A Disheartening Experience with XIMPEX (Exportal India Pvt. Ltd.) We are from Boolean, and we compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience we had with XIMPEX (Exportal India Pvt. Ltd.) Our journey with this company has been fraught with delays, unfulfilled promises, and a troubling lack of professionalism. Timeline of Our Unfortunate Experience: 1. Initial Engagement and Refund Request (March 18, 2024): We initiated a refund request on March 18th after deciding not to proceed with their services due to several concerns. Despite their initial assurance to address the matter promptly, we experienced continuous delays. 2. Follow-Ups & Assurances (March 20-April 19, 2024): Between March 20th and April 19th, we sent multiple follow-up emails and were repeatedly assured that the refund process was underway. Each time, we were told that the matter was being coordinated with their accounts team and would be resolved soon. 3. Continued Delays and Frustration (April 19 - May 6, 2024): As days turned into weeks, our frustration grew. We had numerous discussions with Mr. Vijay Kumar and Mr. Sumit Bhatnagar who assured us of immediate action. Unfortunately, these assurances were never fulfilled, and we found ourselves in the same unresolved situation. We informed Exportal India Pvt. Ltd. that we would also be sharing our experience publicly to warn others about their unprofessional conduct. Core Issues We Faced: -Lack of Commitment: Despite being promised a range of digital marketing and website development services, the actual deliverables were far from satisfactory. The lack of clear targets and commitments made it difficult to assess the effectiveness of their services. -Inexperience: The team, apart from Mr. Vijay Kumar, lacked substantial experience. Most members were college interns without the necessary expertise in international sales or digital marketing. -Communication Gaps: Our repeated communications often went unanswered or were met with vague assurances. This lack of transparency further eroded our trust in their ability to deliver on their promises. -Financial Irresponsibility: The delay in processing our refund, despite multiple follow-ups, was unacceptable. A refund request initiated on March 18th should not take nearly two months to process. Conclusion: Our experience with Exportal has been nothing short of a nightmare. We invested significant time and resources into this collaboration, only to be met with delays, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct. We hope that by sharing our story, others can avoid the same pitfalls and exercise caution when dealing with this company. To anyone considering doing business with Exportal India Pvt. Ltd., we urge you to think twice and ensure that you have concrete assurances and commitments before proceeding. Hiring for Technical Manager - Mumbai 1. To work with PAPL/Franchise assigned plants to monitor and improve plant productivity, equipment efficiency. To work as SME for packaging, Filling, Process and utility equipment, identify gaps in process and functionality and provide engineering solution. 2. To SET Production, Quality and Utility related KPIs for Green filed/Brown filed project Plants and individuals, monitor KPIs, analysis the gaps and provide solution. 3. Planning and designing, layout finalization, equipment sizing, validate all equipment PD and GA drawings 4. Planning and monitoring project management activities-One Point contact from PAPL side to all OEMs for RFQ, Understand and finalizing equipment specifications for new installations, compare commercial offers and finalize Supplier, finalize IC dates and commercial production dates, Initiate capex, monitor vendor payments. Finalize check list for FAT and acceptance Criteria. Will be responsible for commissioning, qualification and validation of newly installed equipment/lines. 5. Plant Performance reviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis along with CFT members, maintain portal hygiene and control entry time. 6. To identify and execute opportunities of technical upgradation, capacity and efficiency 7. To identify and execute opportunities for operational cost saving/reduction 8. To visit manufacturing locations for Technical plant audit – Routine or case specific. To visit various vendors in-process, machinery suppliers & utility suppliers for inspection trial of equipment’s / machines for new projects or for upgrading existing ones. 9. Asset care- to ensure upkeep of all equipment, maintain 100% uptime of all equipment, prepare schedules and follow best maintenance practices, to prepare and monitor R&M budget, support to prepare inventory norms and maintain inventory levels. Negotiations with OEM for ARC, AMC. to conduct technical audits in plants and follow up for NCs. 10. Support EHS to maintain 100% compliance and achieve KPIs 11. Support Legal team to maintain 100% compliance and achieve KPIs. 12. To support marketing/packaging and R&D functions for new product development.
