Today, on the 21st of June, we join the global celebration of International Yoga Day, an occasion embraced worldwide since its adoption by the United Nations in 2014. This year marks the 10th International Day of Yoga, themed "Yoga for Self and Society." At CMI, we commemorated this milestone with special Yoga sessions conducted at corporate office and Supa factory by Mr. Manbeer Rana, from the Sivananda Yoga Centre and Mr. Narendra Bothe, from the Art of Living centre, respectively. Together, our team immersed themselves in the transformative practice of yoga, exploring the benefits of chair yoga and participating in rejuvenating breathing and meditation exercises, including some fun pair games and laughter exercises. This experience provided us with a valuable opportunity to pause, reconnect with our bodies and minds, and foster a sense of calm and focus.
