I would like to share yet another success story of Concur IP (A Questel Group Company), as a company that just turned “8”. Starting with just 4 people back in 2015, the present headcount increased to 125 (and counting). This has become possible only because of the sheer grit and hard work of all the team members. I congratulate each and every one of you at Concur and also highly appreciate your efforts in making this company a real success story. Also, we would like to THANKS “Questel” and all of the management team for their warmest support. Concur IP has a different way of operating its businesses, which is centered around its people. This is the same reason why most of the founding members and the core team members are still with us today. Team members are given a chance to grow and there is no bar on individual growth. They are trained on multiple verticals such that each individual can handle all types of work as we always believe in all around development. This is maintained while keeping our core value intact, which is to focus on achieving the highest possible quality standards. We also focus on team building activities. Every year we plan an outing with the team, when possible, typically around our foundation day. During the previous years, we have been to Thailand, Macau, Goa, Jim Corbett National Park, Shimla, Mussoorie, among others.
