Seeking feedback has taught me the importance of being open to criticism and continuous learning. We can creat a safe space in our team where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and opinions. This can help us build a culture of experimentation, risk-taking, and continuous improvement. When faced with conflicting design opinions, I always advocate for seeking feedback. It's a powerful tool that helps us navigate creative differences, ensure our designs meet user needs, and create something we can be proud of.

Honestly this is the best means of increasing your chances at any internship or job opportunities! Stay in good connections with the faculty and your alumni. Keep them in loop with your achievements and other skills or participation. The network you will create is going to be most resourceful if you utilise it in the right way!

Monitoring and Evaluation of the content is an important aspect to ensure the consistency and the right content creation in mind. Use the various analytical tools to evaluate your content and its engagements and understand the pattern of what people like to intake and enjoy more!

To understand any conflict, I believe, the most important aspect is to listen to both the sides of the story from both the parties involved in the conflict. To be biased and favour any one side by only listening to their issue or concerns would not be a fair practice and will not be a good example of leadership. So make sure to be fair and just when it comes to conflict resolution and understand the issue from the perspective of both in the situation and always try to make sure that the settlement/ resolution is reached keeping in mind the benefit of the right!

Speaking with personal experience…. Collaborations with inter- departmental or organisational activities really help in enhancing the knowledge one already has! Through collaboration you can connect with more like minded people and network with them which ideally extends your horizon of understanding and knowledge!!

To encourage team participation in eco-friendly initiatives, one can also involve them in decision-making and planning processes, making them feel invested in the cause. Recognize and reward their efforts, motivating them to continue their eco-friendly actions. Make it fun and engaging by organizing events like earth day celebrations, eco-friendly competitions, or volunteer opportunities. Also providing resources and support, equipping them with necessary tools and knowledge, such as training sessions, workshops, or access to eco-friendly products and services can be a good initiative. By doing so, you'll create a supportive environment that fosters team engagement in eco-friendly initiatives.
