• Leading the entire Research, M&E and Learning Team for Piramal Swasthya’s State Transformation Project – Bihar.

ii. Baseline Study for empowerment of women through land ownership in three districts of Uttar Pradesh – funded by IKEA Foundation.
iii. Assessment of Women’s Land Legal Literacy Training Programme in Jaunpur, Mirzapur and Sant Ravidas Nagar in Uttar Pradesh– funded by IKEA Foundation.
iv. Assessment of the “SMS based Dashboard Monitoring System" in Odisha – funded by Google Foundation.

• Coordinated the activities of over 60 NACO-funded Research studies in HIV/AIDS. This included conceptualization, review, budgeting, approval from NACO, monitoring & evaluation, project management and fund release.

• Coordinated the activities of the Network of Indian Institutes involved in HIV/AIDS Research (NIIHAR), a consortium of 44 Indian Research Institutions involved in facilitating multi-centric research in HIV/AIDS.
• Assisted in the review, at the national level, of over 300 research proposals pertaining to HIV/AIDS received from Indian and International Research organizations.
• Coordinated the activities of the NACO Research Fellowship Scheme for MD/M.Phil/Ph.D. students; organized Capacity building workshops for researchers in the realms of Operations Research & Ethics in HIV/AIDS Research; and the organization of Dissemination Conferences for various NACO-funded studies.
• Represented India and its National AIDS Control Programme in the SAARC Regional Training on Research Methodology for Protocol Development (TB and HIV/AIDS) held at Thimphu/Paro, Bhutan, August 07-13, 2012.
