Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Scientist with experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models tailored to the healthcare, medical devices, wealth management, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various machine learning techniques and tools, with a proven track record of delivering high-performance models.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Design and Development:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models including Classification, Clustering, Time Series, Regression, and Deep Learning models.

Leverage expertise in diverse modeling techniques to solve complex problems in the healthcare, finance, and retail domains.

Technologies and Tools:

Utilize Python and its ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build and optimize models.

Develop models using various algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, SVM, Neural Networks, K-Means Clustering, Hierarchical Clustering, DBSCAN, ARIMA, LSTM, Prophet, Linear Regression, Ridge Regression, Lasso Regression, CNNs, RNNs, Autoencoders, and Bayesian Regression.

Model Training and Validation:

Implement best practices for model training, tuning, and validation to ensure robustness, accuracy, and scalability.

Continuously refine models to enhance performance and reliability.

RAG-Based Model Development:

Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to improve data retrieval processes and enhance the accuracy of AI-driven solutions.

Advanced Techniques:

Apply advanced techniques in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and predictive analytics.

Utilize tools like LLaMA and LangChain for advanced model integration, particularly in natural language and large language model applications.

Data Handling and Preprocessing:

Conduct comprehensive data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large datasets to ensure optimal performance and insights.

Azure Integration:

Use Azure services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory) for data integration, cleaning, transformation, and storage.

Leverage Azure Databricks for efficient data processing, model training, and scaling.

Regulatory and Compliance:

Ensure models comply with regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare and finance sectors.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, with proven experience in developing models in healthcare, medical devices, wealth management, or retail domains.

Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
