Sir Safety Perugia

Sir Volley was founded in 2001 in Bastia Umbra collecting the heritage of the former local volleyball team that was playing serie C championship. In season 2012-13 Sir Safety played its first championship in top division, ranking sixth in regular season and reaching the quarterfinals in championship play-offs. After just a few years in the highest league Sir Safety rightfully earned a spot in the history of Italian volleyball. In season 2017-18 the team won a legendary "triplete": the Italian Super Cup in October 2017, followed by the Italian Cup in January and the Championship in May. A similar undertaking was achieved only twice in the history of Italian volleyball. The club won another Italian Cup in the 2018/19 season and two Italian Super Cups during the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons. Despite its young history, the Club is currently considered to be one of the four best European teams. Sir’s goals are to gain a stable position at the top of the international volleyball stage; to give international visibility to its brand and to undertake strong partnership paths with the sponsors of the Club.
