Working experiences within International Organization (Wipo, based in Geneva), in-house in major company (Sky Italia S.r.l., based in Milan and Fox International Channels Italy S.r.l., based in Rome) and International law firm based in Italy (Milan and Rome), made me able to quickly understand and effectively solve legal issues with practical solutions to the needs of clients by having a thorough and commercial approach.
I deal with the following areas of practice:
- advising and assisting clients in the creation, development, expansion, use, assignment and protection of Intellectual Property (IP) rights and proprietary information (including trademarks, design, know-how, trade secret, databases and software);
- advising and assisting clients regarding consumer protection, advertising and unfair competition;
- drafting/negotiation of commercial agreements and agreements concerning IP rights (in particular licences or assignment of IP rights);
- advising and assisting clients in IP pre-litigation and litigation.
