Lelio has more than 20 years of experience in the Luxury world with strong focus in Fashion, Jewelry, Watches, Accessories and Perfume business with strong knowledge in Retail and Wholesales activities.

He has extensively promoted Bulgari brand and the Made in Italy in the world leveraging on the Italian DNA of the company and promoting the Italian lifestyle as element of differentiation vs competitors.
Thanks to this activity he has been decorated in 2018 “Commander of the order of the Star of Italy” (Commendatore dell’ordine della Stella d’Italia) by the President of the Republic of Italy Sergio Mattarella.

He lived in China for seven years, covering the position Chief Executive Officer of SharMoon / Ermenegildo Zegna Garments Ltd, and Greater China Country Managing Director for Bulgari.
In 2014 he wad appointed Regional Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa and in 2017 He was promoted Executive Vice President Sales and Retail for Bulgari Group.
Today he is CEO of TOM FORD Fashion
