As the Director of IT at Vivaticket, I lead a global team of IT professionals who provide innovative and reliable solutions for the ticketing and entertainment industry. With over 10 years of experience in complex IT environments, I have a strong background in infrastructure management ( cloud and on-prem ) , vendor management, open source technology, storage, databases, and ITIL process.
My mission is to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders by ensuring the security, performance, and scalability of our IT systems and services. I also drive the digital transformation of our business by leveraging the latest technologies and best practices. My field of expertise is the banking and financial industry, where I have successfully managed and implemented IT projects for several clients. I am passionate about IT and always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with other experts.
