What You’ll Do For Us

Brand Central Role

  • Help develop mid-term (2-3 years) growth strategy and annual brand plans for the category team and the Organization Unit.
  • Illuminate the brand potential and strategy to inspire key customers and bottlers to drive support and commercial acceleration of brands in key markets and retail channels.
  • Identify key business priorities and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to bring brand and retail marketing programs and supporting materials to the marketplace.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
  • Help manage brand Net Revenue, Gross Profit, Direct Marketing Expense
  • Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business
  • Eagerness to drive change and explore consumer needs, combined with the ability to translate this understanding into compelling communication ideas.

Brand Local Activation-Front Line

  • Oversee localization and real-time amplification of IMX (integrated marketing experience) campaigns within the Franchise units, providing input to OU (operating unit) IMX team.
  • Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda, including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, budget investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with Customer & Commercial Leadership and Franchise Leadership.
  • Provide input to OU IMC team for localization and/or real-time amplification at Market-level, and buy local media that cannot be bought at OU level
  • Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
  • Manage local brands NR, GP, DME to deliver the OU brand growth and financial targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of brand management / marketing activation , (end to end project delivery). Innovation experience a plus (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf).
  • Ability to understand and leverage business, finance and commercial insights, and identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary.
  • Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills/storytelling
  • Ability to motivate and influence internal and external parties
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Passion for the brand and the work of the brand marketing
  • Problem-solving skills and strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of key marketing concepts, business analytics and basic financial acumen
  • Commercial awareness as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
