「Century (書体)」の版間の差分

この書体ファミリーの起源となる最初のデザイン「Century Roman」は[[{{仮リンク|アメリカン・タイプ・ファウンダーズ]]|en|American Type Founders}}（ATF）社のデザイナーである[[{{仮リンク|リン・ボイド・ベントン]]|en|Linn Boyd Benton}}（L・B・ベントン）が1894年に制作したもので、印刷監督<!--master printer-->{{仮リンク|セオドア・ロウ・デ・ヴィネ|en|Theodore Low De Vinne}}が雑誌『{{仮リンク| ザ・センチュリー・マガジン|en|The Century Magazine}}』で使用するためのものだった<ref name="No art without craft: The life of Theodore Low de Vinne, printer">{{cite book|last1=Tichenor|first1=Irene|title=No art without craft: The life of Theodore Low de Vinne, printer|date=2005|publisher=D.
