2023年イスラエルとヒズボラの紛争 (英語:Israel–Hezbollah conflict (2023–present)、フランス語:Affrontements frontaliers entre Israël et le Hezbollah、ロシア語:Столкновения на израильско-ливанской границе (с 2023)、アラビア語:هجمات حزب الله على إسرائيل (2023–الآن)、中国語:以色列—真主黨衝突 (2023年至今) 、ヘブライ語:החזית הצפונית במלחמת חרבות ברזל)は、2023年10月8日にレバノンの過激派組織ヒズボラは、パレスチナ・イスラエル戦争に乗じて、係争中のシバア農場にあるイスラエル側の陣地に誘導ロケット弾と砲弾を発射した[1]。イスラエルは、イスラエル占領下のゴラン高原とレバノン国境近くのヒズボラ陣地に無人機攻撃と砲弾を発射して報復した。紛争の勃発は、10月7日に行われたイスラエルに対するハマスの攻撃に対するヒズボラの支持と称賛の宣言に続いて発生した[2][3]。衝突はその後エスカレートし、イスラエルとレバノン国境の他の地域、シリアと占領下のゴラン高原にまで及んだ。これは現在、2006 年のレバノン戦争以来最大のヒズボラとイスラエルの紛争激化である。

イスラエル北部では、進行中の紛争により約96,000人が家を追われ、レバノンでは10万人以上が避難を余儀なくされている[4]。

2023年10月21日から2024年2月20日までに、国連レバノン暫定軍（UNIFIL）は、ブルーラインの南側（レバノンからイスラエルまで）から7,948発の大砲が発射され、北側（イスラエルからレバノンへ）からは978発の大砲が発射されたと記録した[5]。
