フルクトキナーゼ
フルクトキナーゼ（fructokinase）または、ケトヘキソキナーゼ(ketohexokinase、KHK)は、フルクトースをリン酸化し、フルクトース-1-リン酸に変換する酵素（EC 2.7.1.3）である。
