トマス・ネーゲル（Thomas Nagel, 1937年7月4日 - ）はアメリカの哲学者。専門は政治哲学、倫理学、認識論、心の哲学。
ユーゴスラビアのベオグラードに生まれ、コーネル大学（1954年 - 1958年）、オックスフォード大学のコーパス・クリスティ・カレッジ（1958年 - 1960年）を経て、1963年にハーヴァード大学で博士号を取得。その後、カリフォルニア大学バークレー校助教授（1963年 - 1966年）、プリンストン大学助教授（1966年 - 1969年）、同準教授（1969年 - 1972年）、同教授（1972年 - 1980年）を経て、1980年よりニューヨーク大学教授の地位にある。1980年にはアメリカ学士院会員に選ばれており、また1990年にはオックスフォード大学ジョン・ロック記念講義の講師に招かれている。
