Lemon Chicken Tostadas
This is more of an assembly rather than a recipe. I made some of my favorite things and pulled them all together to make this dish. It is a combination of all things wonderful and makes for an easy summer meal.
ingredients:
tostada shells
lettuce
lemon chicken (recipe)
roasted corn (recipe)
fresh guacamole (recipe)
Place the lettuce on the tostada shell, followed by the chicken and guacamole. Cut the corn kernels off the cob and sprinkle on top. A dash of Tapatio will turn your world around.
