Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump in head-to-head matchup, post-debate poll shows

According to the survey results, Vice President Kamala Harris is slightly leading Trump in a head-to-head matchup, 42% to 41%.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton leads former President Trump in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup, according to a national poll conducted and commissioned by the firm Bendixen & Amandi after the first presidential debate between President Biden and Trump. 

The poll, conducted between July 2 and 6, found Biden trailing Trump by 1 point, 42% to 43%, while Clinton leads Trump by 2 points, 43% to 41%. 

According to the survey results, Vice President Kamala Harris is slightly leading Trump by 1 point, 42% to 41%.
