The <2024 Merchant Shipping Experience School> program has officially set sail! Designed to inspire and support children interested in the marine industry, this program offers them a unique opportunity to explore the working world of cargo vessels. As part of the program, 17 children visited the HMM terminal at Busan New Port, where they observed massive container vessels and container operations firsthand, gaining valuable insight into the shipping industry. They also visited the HMM Ocean Service Training Center, where they tried their hand at ship navigation simulations. It was incredibly rewarding to see their genuine passion and interest in the industry as they engaged with the experience with such focus and enthusiasm.
