Education & CEU Info:

The Education Schedule with CE information will be available soon! This conference offers continuing education credits with NAB, HRCI, ANNC, and offers a dedicated Affordable Senior Housing tract with HUD Certificates for manager and service coordinator education, as well as a HCBS tract with general Certificates of participation.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by AXIS Medical Education and LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware.

After the convention, if you meet all other qualifications for credit, we will report credit earned at the convention to the NAB Registry and provide you with a link to obtain other credits. Please note that NAB requires credits be reported within 30 days of completion of an event.

Eligibility Info:

  • Registrant must be employed or affiliated with a LeadingAge NJ & DE provider member community
  • LTC MSOs: Folks must be employed / affiliated with the same campus / location site
  • Corporate MSOs: Folks must be employed by the same parent organization
  • Housing MSOs: Folks must be employed by the same parent organization
  • The group rate cannot be used to further reduce an already reduced registration rate (i.e. student, provider community board member)

Eligible organizations will receive their group discount via rebate, credit for future LeadingAge NJ & DE event, or can be donated to our scholarship fund, which allows us to greatly subsidize student registration and hotel fees! All group discounts will be processed after the event, when we have final registration and attendance information. We will be in touch with you within 3 weeks of the completion of the event.

Students

Are you a student (full or part time) in a related field and interested in attending our Annual Meeting? We’d love to have you! Thanks to our generous partners at ValueFirst, we are able to deeply subsidize registration for students, as well as provide a room in our block so students can make the most of their experience without having to worry about how to afford it! Please know that scholarship funds are available to cover the full cost of your registration and/or a room in our block at Caesars if needed! Reach out to Emma to inquire about this opportunity (emarcroft@leadingagenjde.org). For complimentary rooms in our block, double occupancy is required.

Eligibility Info:

  • You are a student currently enrolled full or part time in Aging Services or a related field
  • You were enrolled full or part time in a related field and graduated or completed your studies Fall/Winter of 2023 – onward
  • If neither of these apply to you, but you’d like to discuss student registration at our conference, reach out to Emma

Terms & Conditions of Registration
Registration Payment: Payment must be received in full by May 24th*. You may pay your registration by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or check. Check payments must clearly indicate for whom the check is payment. If the check is covering multiple registrations, please indicate each individual’s name. Checks should be made payable to LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware.

Registration Changes: To make changes to an existing registration, please contact ibeck@leadingagenjde.org.

Substitution Policy: If you register and then are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place at no additional charge. Substitutions must be submitted in writing ASAP. Please provide this information to ibeck@leadingagenjde.org.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will incur a $50.00 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ibeck@leadingagenjde.org prior to May 10th. Registration fees less the $50 administrative processing fee will be refunded upon approval. Credit card and check refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks.

Dietary Restrictions: We Cannot Guarantee Personal Dietary Requests. We will do our best to accommodate personal dietary requests – please direct any and all requests to Ivy (ibeck@leadingagenjde.org) ASAP or no later than May 15.

Each participant is responsible for ensuring that their personal dietary needs are met at the event and related activities. While we are happy to provide any participant requests to our host property, LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware has no way of ensuring host property compliance or regulating host property kitchen activities.

Health & Safety Information: The health & safety of our attendees and the elders and residents they serve is our top priority. We kindly urge registrants to exercise their best judgment and refrain from attending if experiencing any symptoms of contagious illness.
