What do you do if your brand style guide is inconsistent?
If your brand style guide is inconsistent, it can lead to confusion and weaken your brand identity. As a Branding leader, even I've often been confused when the same organization puts out different messages in different styles. First things first, I think a proper review and re-evaluation of the brand style guide is critical. Once you iron out the discrepancies, the guide should be properly communicated to all staff, especially those who constantly use it. This could be done through a variety of channels depending on your organization.

I am currently one of the most successful and highest ranking Leos in Sri Lanka.
Having being elected as the District President of Leo District 306 A for the Leoistic Year 2003/04, I was able to introduce many ‘firsts’ in to the Leo District and the Leo Movement in general. That year I also received the 100% District President’s award from Lions Clubs International.
I was elected as the Multiple District President for the Leoistic year 2004/05 and implemented many outstanding…I am currently one of the most successful and highest ranking Leos in Sri Lanka.
Having being elected as the District President of Leo District 306 A for the Leoistic Year 2003/04, I was able to introduce many ‘firsts’ in to the Leo District and the Leo Movement in general. That year I also received the 100% District President’s award from Lions Clubs International.
I was elected as the Multiple District President for the Leoistic year 2004/05 and implemented many outstanding projects including the first ever Leo Walk and Campfire as well as the Multiple District Sportsmeet for only the second time in Sri Lanka. I was the first Multiple District President to officially visit all 4 corners of the island even during the height of the war. The Multiple District Conference that year was a truly national event with Leos from all parts of Sri Lanka gathering together for the very first time.
I was selected as the Most Outstanding Leo of Sri Lanka by the Board of Governors that year and was a winner of the Leo of the Year award from Lions International, while I was also a Winner of the Outstanding Young Persons of Sri Lanka (TOYP) Award 2006 for Voluntary and Humanitarian Service becoming the first Leo to win this award in Sri Lanka.
The last position I held was as the International Liaison Officer (ILO) for Leos in the Asian Region.

Nearly 300 corporate masterminds representing nearly 50 teams took part in an ultimate battle for supremacy as Dashing Events successfully presented Biz Quiz 2014 on Sunday the 2nd of February at the Galadari Hotel Colombo.
Held for the 2nd consecutive year In Association with The European Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, Biz Quiz is now Sri Lanka's Premier Corporate Quiz Competition.
48 Corporate Teams battled over 5 rounds of 50 questions covering a wide range of topics…Nearly 300 corporate masterminds representing nearly 50 teams took part in an ultimate battle for supremacy as Dashing Events successfully presented Biz Quiz 2014 on Sunday the 2nd of February at the Galadari Hotel Colombo.

48 Corporate Teams battled over 5 rounds of 50 questions covering a wide range of topics including Geography, Current Affairs, World Politics, History, Europe, Business Science, Technology, Sports and Entertainment and much more.
Peoples Bank emerged as Overall Champions of Biz Quiz 2014, while Seylan Bank came finished a close second, followed by Dialog Axiata.

It was certainly an exciting day as 3 Teams Mighty Trident, Future World Challengers and Rising Thakral 1 battled out for supremacy on the cricketing field. It was also a fun-filled day for the family members with games and fun items for kiddies and the ladies also being held.
