Just used Ontrack for my moving needs yesterday and it was such a great experience from beginning to end. Had a last minute reschedule due to an issue with my new place and they were amazing with that request and totally understanding.
When my delivery team arrived they were great explaining everything and made this move so seamless. I had a horrible experience 3 years ago with a different company and was very hesitant to try the moving process again but the staff at Ontrack did a fantastic job. 2 bedroom apartment done within 4 hours and thank you! Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
I sent a request for 1-BR apartment moving which had an exact moving date, floor info, and zip codes.
I got a response "price starts at $119". Of course, when I called them, they gave me $145 price.

I regret to say that my experience with OnTrack Moving has been utterly disappointing. While the initial process seemed promising, the move day itself was a complete disaster. The moving team's attempts to extort more money from me with false accusations and lies were both infuriating and unacceptable. Their bait-and-switch tactics are not only embarrassing but also unethical. Adding insult to injury, they tacked on erroneous fees and charges after the fact, demonstrating a complete lack of integrity and transparency in their business practices.
Weeks after the move, I found myself unpacking broken items and discovering tape residue on various pieces of furniture, a testament to their careless handling. I would strongly advise against using OnTrack Moving and caution others to steer clear of their services. Their dishonesty and manipulation of the bidding process to tack on ridiculous fees at the end are indicative of a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
In light of my experience, I have taken the necessary steps to file a complaint with the state of California and the Better Business Bureau. I cannot in good conscience recommend or refer anyone to this company. I used OnTrack first to move out of my old place in May of this year and store my household furnishings for 3 months. The storage was well priced and the movers led by Antonio B. were incredibly professional, careful, and fast. I then had them move my things to my new place on August 1. At each step of the way the team led by Antonio B. were excellent, efficient and very pleasant. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They made my moving experience terrific!

Huge thanks to my movers Valentin and Jackson for their help with my challenging in-town move with LOTS of stairs and in the rain. These guys were gracious, friendly, fast and all around excellent. I had a fantastic experience with Jonathan and Martin during our move. They demonstrated exceptional care for my belongings, including furnitures and electronics. Not only were they respectful of our new home, but they also went the extra mile by placing plastic sheeting on the floor to protect the new carpet. Their attention to detail was impressive, asking about furniture placement preferences and even disassembling/reassembling items to prevent any damage. I highly recommend their services for a smooth and considerate moving experience.

Great experience from start to finish. I worked with Dylan to get our quote -- it was fast and easy and he was a good communicator with reliable follow-up. A team of 4 (Leo, Carlos X, Celso and Victor) arrived the day of -- they called to let me know they were on there way and even came a few minutes early. They worked efficiently and even repaired the leg of our bed which had broken right before we moved. I only received one other quote, but these guys seemed comparable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend OnTrack Moving.

Upgraded to a 4-star rating as Ontrack reached out to me following my review and provided a thorough customer service follow up. They were able to soothe some of my concerns listed below. I feel that this follow through is deserving of redeeming my experience with the service itself, hence the updated review.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 9/1/2022 3 STARS:
First off, everything got done, and nothing broke. Just from the perspective of their services offered, it completed the task.
Now a few things that happened that lowered the rating:
- we moved from a 1 bedroom loft. We had a bed, sofa, table, desk, and dresser. This took over 4 hours to move. Originally, I was going to ask to cover much more (side tables, paintings, kitchen stuff, garage), but they took so long and each hour is $$, we ended up prioritizing our large items and moving the rest ourselves. I couldn't help but think they were milking us for more time.
- they really spent a long time wrapping each item (which is good if you have expensive things, but not if you have cheap items) and they will charge you for all materials. Again, just for the items listed above (and 2 additional boxes), we paid over $200 for just materials.
- were 1 hour late to meet us (communicated to us they were running behind the morning of, so there really isn't anything you can do at that point)
-total came out to $1900 (with tip) to move basic furniture from a 1bd apt. Did not move any bathroom or kitchen things. Two people showed up but really only one person was packing. The efficiency we expected might have been too high, as we anticipated everything to take 3 hours. In the end, we were charged for almost 8 hours of work.
Nothing against the guys that were working. It's not easy carrying heavy things, and we even went out to buy cold water and soda for them during the move. We just weren't impressed with the overall service and wouldn't have gone with them had we known moving a few of our items would cost us almost 2 grand.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
