Additionally, we will ask  you to present your DOD ID card to verify your eligibility for care. The DoD ID Card verification by Martin Army Community Hospital is a similar process that other healthcare entities utilize when asking for an insurance card.

Secure Messaging (MHS GENESIS Secure Messaging)

MHS GENESIS Secure Messaging Service is a secure online service through which healthcare providers and patients can securely communicate about health matters. Through MHS GENESIS Secure Messaging Service, you can consult your doctor about specific health symptoms, request a prescription refill, request appointments, receive lab or test results, and access health information. 

  • Once registered, log in to MHS GENESIS.
  • Click on "Secure Messaging"
  • Begin sending secure emails to your health care team

Information for TRICARE only MACH Patients being referred to the Network is available at this link:  Patient Information (if you are not registered, you may do so at this site).  You may also call TRICARE at 800-444-5445.

Information for MACH Patients with other health insurance primary, for example Medicare, being referred to the network can be requested through the MHS GENESIS patient portal and sending a message to USA Ft. Moore Referral Management Center or calling 762-408-2589.
