In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We started off recording music in the University of Benin, Ekehuan Campus hostel. We had limited music gear and would cut out the net covering the windows for our make shift pop filter. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? A Tribe Called Quest, A Tribe Called Quest: The Anthology DMW, Mind (feat. Davido, Dremo, Mayorkun & Peruzzi) - Single StarBoy, SoundMan, Vol. 1 (feat. Wizkid) We chose these albums because they seem to represent the type of collaborations we embody as a collective. These albums also have a range across multiple genres, just like we do. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Boya (feat. Jacob Hunter)” This was our debut song and it made us realize how incredibly well we work together as a group. It was fun to create and we had amazing synergy. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? For us, it has to be still being able to stick together despite losing our recording studio to a fire accident. We may have lost all of our gear but we didn’t lose our passion. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We’re eager to perform on larger stages, shoot more music videos for our records and collaborate with more artistes and producers. We’d also like to go touring around the world, that would be nice.
