Acerca de

I've over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked in various sectors including retail, restaurants, food production, manufacturing, transportation, private banking, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, construction and entertainment.

Currently, I serve as Human Resources Manager at The Trevor Project MX, an organization dedicated to suicide prevention among LGBTQ+ youth. At the same time, I fulfill the role of Human Resources Director at NictePreocupes, my own consultancy specialized in HR and Diversity and Inclusion issues.

My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UNAM, where I also completed a Diploma in Gender Studies. Additionally, I obtained an MBA with a focus on Human Capital from the Universidad Latinoamericana and received training in Organizational Development from ITAM.

I'm a trans woman, writer for magazines such as EQTY-Insider, MIT Sloan Management Review, Homosensual and Saficosmos, podcaster and speaker, specialized in Diversity and Inclusion. I'm honored to have been recognized as a Top Voice LGBTQ+ and content creator by LinkedIn MX.

Additionally, for the second consecutive year I've been recognized as one of the 100 most influential leaders of the LGBTQ+ community in Mexico by MIT Sloan, (the Business and Administration school classified as one of the top 5 business universities globally).

I've had the privilege of being a speaker at numerous companies in Latin America and Spain, addressing topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership and Training, as well as their implementation within organizations.

I currently provide guidance to various consultancies in the areas of training, organizational development and LGBT+ inclusion. My passion lies in contributing to the growth and well-being of people in the workplace, promoting diversity and equality.
