    Conducted a research and field study of urban policy evaluation to minimize traffic disruptions caused by last-mile delivery transportation in highly commercial city areas. Performed data collection in Quito (Ecuador) and Guadalajara (Mexico) and performed discrete event simulation analysis.

    Research and field study project with MIT and Tecnologico de Monterrey to identify oportunity areas to reduce CO2 emissions within the supply chain network of Coppel; the biggest retailer in Mexico.
    Conducted data collection and analysis inside one of their main distribution centres located in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico.

  • Simulation project at Scappino (Luxury Fashion Manufacturing Center)

    Conducted a Simulation Project in which bottle necks in the production lines were identified and modeled using FlexSim software to perform scenario analysis. The objective was to prove the viability of introducing a new shirt model and estimate the new takt time.

  • Puerta de Hierro-Emergency Room Process Improvement

    Conducted a Lean-Six Sigma based project in the Emergency Room of Puerta de Hierro Hospital with the objective of reducing waiting time and improving service quality. This was achieved by modifying the formats for patient information and redefining reordering points of medicine inventories.
