What's happening - and when?

Thursday night into Friday

Chief presenter Kay Burley is anchoring Election Night Live, the overnight results programme, from a 360-degree immersive studio normally used by Sky Sports shows like Monday Night Football.

Burley, who will be covering her 12th UK general election, is also joined by Sky News' award-winning political editor Beth Rigby, the presenter of our Sunday politics show Sir Trevor Phillips, and our economics and data editor Ed Conway.

Conway is examining the election data as it comes in, which will appear on our "dancefloor" constituency map of the UK.

He'll also take you inside Sky's virtual Downing Street complete with AI versions of Rishi Sunak, Sir Keir Starmer, and Larry the Downing Street cat.
