I have been working in corporate Human Resources since 2007, amassing considerable experience in all aspects of HR operations, including developing and redeveloping HR policies, implementing standard HR procedures, overseeing hiring and induction processes, as well as designing enhanced employee benefits plans, health plans and retirement plans.
I am passionate about treating people fairly and assisting staff and management at all levels to reach their highest potential and ensure they strive in a productive and safe working environment.
I believe that motivated, cared for workers are essential to any business's success and I apply this principle to my daily duties as well as to my work approach and professional ethics in general.
