Inside Sales Representative - Netherlands

SUMMARY


As an Inside Sales employee, located in the Netherlands, you'll play a key role in supporting our outside sales team and valued B2B dealers. Your day-to-day will include processing sales orders, building insightful reports for our clients and sales team, and serving as the go-to contact for dealer support. You’ll also have the chance to occasionally collaborate with our warehouse team on order statuses and identify upselling opportunities, all while contributing to our goal of driving sustainable and profitable growth.


What do we expect from you?

  • Daily communication with businesses and consumers via email and telephone
  • Handling sales orders and informing the customer throughout the entire process.
  • Proactively contacting customers about new product innovations / promotions / backorders
  • Developing existing accounts by checking their buying history, suggesting related and new items
  • Develop product and assortment knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Contact with 3PL logistics to ensure smooth and on-time delivery
  • Providing daily support for various activities in the office


What kind of experience do you bring with you?


  • Based in The Netherlands with the choice of working on a hybrid basis or remote
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position, ideally experience with both B2B and B2C
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite is a plus) and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication verbal and written in English and Dutch, a third language i.e. German or French is a big plus.
