Triangle rice with seaweed

You’ll need 
1 x can of tuna (in spring water) 
10g x 1/2 fat kewpie mayo 
10 mls x light soy sauce 
60g x rice (raw) 
40g x avocado 
2 x seaweed sheets 

- Cook the rice as directed
- Combined the tuna, mayo and soy sauce 
- Start assembling your sushi wraps, a layer of rice, layer of tuna, then avo and then top with another layer of rice. 
- Fold up your little triangles! (Store for up to 3 days in the fridge)

Makes 2  Ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups @jfcinternational Nishiki rice, cooked - A little @redmondrealsalt salt - Furikake - Large sheet of seaweed - Fillings (you can go without as well—I put takuan inside mine)  Instructions: 1. Place a small bowl of water by you where you will be making the onigiri. Prep your hands by dipping them in the water bowl and shaking a little salt on them. 2. In a small bowl, mix your rice with some furikake. I typically just do a couple tablespoons. 3. Place about ~3/4 cup rice in your hands and flatten out a little fillings to the center and cover the fillings with rice.
