Today we are celebrating over a third of our office for #internationalwomensday. In a male dominated industry, we are proud of how diverse and inclusive the Auckland team is. I joined Resideo with a seven week old baby, and at no point felt disadvantaged because of my personal situation (we just sometimes had a baby in our team meetings). As a female member of the leadership team, each day I set out to #inspireinclusion and we are fortunate to be part of a global company who does the same. #weareresideo #IWD2024

Last week we farewelled our six 2023-2024 interns: Chan Yoo, Frank Situ, Andrew Koh, Luca Eastwood, Raith Fullam and Yu-gyeong Hong. The interns worked on four advanced video projects, and in their final days impressed us with some outstanding project presentations. What a group of intelligent and articulate young people we were blessed with for the past ten weeks! Despite only being with us from November, each intern became an integral part of our daily work life. Our office competitions and events will not be quite as exciting without them (and our snack jars won’t need quite as much refilling… a hungry bunch). We wish them all the best for the remainder of their studies, and hope to see them again in the future!
