Nicole Brydon Bloom’s ‘sentimental’ engagement ring from Justin Theroux is set with both of their birthstones
This couple certainly made a statement.
Justin Theroux is engaged to girlfriend Nicole Brydon Bloom, and the actor proposed with a custom, “one-of-a-kind” engagement ring designed by jeweler Stephanie Gottlieb.
Bloom’s impressive sparkler from Theroux features a 4-carat, emerald cut flawless diamond set in platinum with an 18-carat yellow gold inlay, according to a press release obtained by Page Six Style on Friday.
The ring also includes a special touch: the pair’s birthstones inside the band as “a personal nod to the couple.”
We’re told the New York City-based jeweler worked closely with the actor to craft the design and “bring his vision to life and ensure that every detail captured his unique style and sentimental touch.”
Bloom, 30, and Theroux, 53, confirmed their engagement when she was photographed wearing the sparkler on her left ring finger during a red carpet appearance at the Venice International Film Festival’s opening ceremony Wednesday.
However, it’s unclear when exactly the “Leftovers” actor popped the question.
“Congratulations to @justintheroux and @n.brydonbloom on their recent engagement,” Gottlieb wrote on Instagram Thursday. “We were thrilled to craft her one-of-a-kind ring 💍.”
The “Gilded Age” actress flaunted the beautiful bauble while wearing a white Akris halter gown as she posed for photos with her new fiancé.
Theroux coordinated with Bloom in a cream Zegna blazer and black pants and smiled ear-to-ear as they showed their support a the premiere of his forthcoming film, “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.”
The couple made their red carpet debut at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscars party in March.
They sparked dating rumors in August 2023 when they were seen looking loved up in New York City and things started heating up a month later when the duo dined with her parents.
The “Leftovers” actor was previously married to Jennifer Aniston from 2015 to 2018 after her popped the question with an enormous 8-carat radiant-cut diamond in 2012.
