I applied it correctly and treated my environment too and a week and a half later fleas still. Did nothing! And it isn’t the eggs hatching because they are both on Sentinel Spectrum which prevents the eggs from hatching.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this Aug 18, 2023 it worked for maybe a week it is now the 29th and I was giving it time thinking maybe I was bitten outside. But now, I am now watching my pup bite again at her skin while now I am being bit again as well. I will try and see if I can get my money back. I also need to see if I can apply anything else without getting my 6lb wawa sick. We are both extremely annoyed and itchy.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Some surprises but great success ultimately.

I have never used topical flea treatment before, so I was surprised by how oily their fur appeared after application, fortunately that appearance went away after two days, and the disappearance of fleas is remarkable! It also caused a very excitable mood temporarily in my 20yo terrier for about an hour after application.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Frontline, Advantix, etc, I’ve used them all on different dogs through the years. Fleas and Ticks seem much hardier now. Advantage is the only remedy I could find. I live in Tennessee so like other areas, we have a long flea and tick season. In the heavy infestation months, I use Capstar as a supplement and it works like a charm!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Works for me but as I’m sure because I live in the desert southwest. People that live in other parts of the country may have to use something else.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Do Not Waste Your Money

I have been using this product for 3 months now and am very underwhelmed. Our dog has had fleas consistently while on this product; we vacuum every day, have sprayed the home, use a flea comb at least every other day, and we still cannot kick it with this product. We will not finish the remaining doses and are switching to something else. Do not waste your money on this.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Is it safe to be used on dogs with renal disease?

Can I get the same deal on the price at the store here in my city as I can on line?

    1. I found the best price to get the “twelve pack”.  I could only get that on line.

Can anyone share the ingredient list?

What is the difference between Advantix and Advantage?

      1. I believe advantix protects against a larger variety of things, but I would confirm with your veterinarian.

Does this cause heart problems on your animals ?

      1. Used on my doggies for years. Great Dane (8 yrs), German shepherd (9), Terrier mix (17), Pomeranian (15). No heart problems. Yorkie (15) just passed, Heart problems from old age.

      Does this product expire?

      1. I was not able to find an expiration date on the box nor on the internal packaging, but on the back of the box there is an 800 customer service number you could try.

Is this medicine applied only between shoulder blades or down entire back?

      1. It is applied behind the neck or shoulder blades and on the back of the hip. This for complete coverage for large dogs.

Of the two Advantage II & K9 Advantix II, which one is not oily? Use to do tablets because I also have parrots in the house. Newer dog is allergic to the tablets & years ago I used one of these but can't remember which one was not oily.

Will it work on my great dane? I'm constantly weighing him before giving him any medication.

        1. We had a dog that weighed 115 lbs. We put one Large dog 4ml tube on him and one Small dog 1 ml tube on him to make sure he got enough. And, Yes, our vet advised us to do this.

Picture shows a 4 pack - but under "count" it says 6. How many are in the package??

        1. If you click on the 6, a drop-down will show and you can choose the 4-pack or 6-pack.
