TIER3 began as a brick & mortar operation providing custom gear, training, and solutions for MIL | LEO | EMS | Preppers in 2017. Our motto was UFS. That acronym involves two curse words. But, hey, it worked. Hard. In 2018 we expanded by adding a special projects consultancy firm that specialized in security, safety, health, and risk management. We provided prescriptive data analytics towards direct action planning. It is now 2022, the pandemic is petering out. TIER3 is reborn and phoenix. We are a synergy of multi-hat professionals that red team and innovate when consulting and executing special projects. We have expanded from safety & security and risk management to provide full scope support and creativity-in-results for organizations and private individuals in the Philippines, overseas, and in cyberspace.
