We did not plan on running elastic search on these instances, thus they are too small to run it and a query service and thus the query service keeps being killed.
We should remove elastic search from the test and demo systems to free up some memory.
This will also involve removing the relevant elastic search extensions (likely just by using the non bundle wikibase docker image).
These changes should be applied to all 3 test / demo systems

This is now deployed to all test systems. Did not have that big of an impact on freeing up memory but every little bit counts.
